Common Facilities : Water pumps, sump, covered and open parking. Lift '5 passenger lift.

Terms and Conditions

Stamp duty and registration charges to be borne by the purchase. Any additional work, other than specified work, will be charged and should be paid in advance by the purchaser.
MSEB meter deposits, transformer deposit, water meter deposit and other related expenses at actual to extra.
Elevation charge are not allowed, neither before nor after possession of the unit.
For delayed payment 24% surcharge on the default installment will be charged. The maximum time limit for such delay payments will be 30 days. After that booking will be canceled & 50 of the received amount will be forfeited.
Installments are to be paid with 7 days from the date of every work completion stage.
In case of bank loan by customer, all the subsequent disbursement forms of the relevant bank should be signed and handed to be builder at the time of finalizing the bank loan.
Possession of the flat and sale deed will be executed after full & final payment.
